The plan applies to all existing municipal waste combustor units with the design capacity of 93.75*10 6 Btu/hr or more. This is the same as having an applicability threshold of the capacity to process 250 tons per day or more of municipal solid waste. [63 FR 43083, Aug. 12, 1998]
